Our site provides WEB Pages for Home and Villa Rental units Managed By-Owner.

Managing your own property can save you a lot of money. Further, if you are not local, there are businesses that can help you with the day-to-day home care stuff at very low fees, so it's not hard to improve your bottom line.

At TheVillages4Rent.com we simply provide Internet Classified Advertising and it's an INEXPENSIVE way to buy advertising, it's less than 30 cents a day!

Our FULL YEAR rate is about the same as a single 10 day classified ad in the newspaper and our webs include your 10 photos too!

Your annual subscriber rate is locked-in on each subscribed rental unit as long as you continue to be a subscriber in good standing*. So, if rates increase in the future your rate on a property will not change as long as your subscription on that property is continuous. 

Our subscriber rate is $109/Year which includes the Private Showing webspace as well the listing on TheVillages4Rent.com website. 

We provide a discount if you own multiple rental properties.  

The Private Showing website at www.ourhome4rent.com allows you to place advertising on newsprint or to show friends your rental property and they will see ONLY your web page.

  • www.TheVillages4Rent.com allows viewers to see all of the rental properties.

  • www.OurHome4Rent.com/yournumericaladdress allows viewers to see Only Your Rental.

  • So you get great exposure in the "pool" of rentals without advertising and you can lock-in your viewers at the Private Showing website

  • Any "editing" that you do on the www.TheVillages4Rent.com website automatically flows to the Private Showing website, so there isn't anything extra for you to do. 

Some of our subscribers do use newsprint advertising when they have a last minute cancellation and the Private website works in their favor, it's also great for "word-of-mouth" referrals. If someone is referred to you and you want to show them your rental on the web without encouraging them to see all the other rentals.

Becoming A Subscriber 

When you call us to become a subscriber, we will ask you to choose a Login Name and a Password. We will activate your web space so you may then use that Login Name and Password immediately to enter the web space for your property. You can make corrections, additions or changes at will from any place where you have Internet access. No contracts, no paperwork, no credit cards. We send your Invoice by e-mail and you pay by personal check.

Rates: 

We reserve the right to change rates for future subscribers.

Note: Your annual renewal rate will be whatever rate was in effect at the time you began your subscription as long as you are a subscriber in good standing*.

Paperwork:

There is none, nothing to sign, no credit cards. 

Your Invoice and cancelled check are receipts for your tax records.

Renters:

We can not help you obtain rental unit information. Call the Owner Contact directly to discuss renting a property.

The Rental property Owner Contact information is on the page which describes each specific property.

* We have a number of rules on the website which keep the "playing field level", see Terms and Conditions. As long as you abide by the rules we will grant you the "grandfather"  rate. Those who ignore the rules will not be "grandfathered" and more likely will be removed from the website.
