It is 1 mile to Rolling Acres Shopping Center, where there are many grocery stores, every kind of shop and many restaurants. Golf on any of 24 Executive courses, or 9 Championship courses, swim in over 21 pools, and take part in numerous activities including tennis, pickle ball, bowling, line dancing and special interest clubs. Free Live music and nightly entertainment in The Squares every night of the year!. Medical facilities and hospital and nearby. (Only necessary if you do everything!!)
Freshly painted in April 2009 and beautifully furnished in late 2007 the house boasts of a huge open planned living area with dining room. The family room has a 32” HD flat screened TV and DVD and a comfortable bed settee for extra visitors. The office, for those quiet moments, has a door and views over the beautiful palm treed garden to the lake. The eat-in kitchen is well kitted out and has views over the lake and a door to the furnished lanai. There is a King size bed and HDTV in master bedroom, along with a walk in closet, en suite bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds and shares a hall bath/shower room. There is an in-house utility room with washer and dryer.
The Villages is designed to allow both automobile and golf cart access throughout the entire community. Golf carts are a great way to get around The Villages. Our rentals include a 4 seater electric golf cart. (Can cost up to $300 per month)

Rental Policy:
$1000 Security/Damage Deposit due within 7 days of booking.
$75 Cleaning Fee
$50 Temporary ID pass gives the renters the same privileges as home owners including free executive golf trail, and reduced rates for championship golf and selected activities at recreation centers. A guest ID pass is available at no cost that will allow use of most pools.
