Jan - Mar period, including monthly rentals:
Reservation Deposit is due within seven days of execution of the rental agreement. The remainder of the rental amount and the $500 Security Deposit is due no less than 45 days before scheduled arrival date.
All other months:
$500 Reservation/Security Deposit is due within 7 days of execution of the rental agreement. Payment of the rental amount is due 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
(Payment terms for long term rentals can be negotiated.)
Payment must be by bank check or certified check. No wire transfers.
Cancellation policy will be addressed in the rental contract. (Call, if you wish to discuss in advance.)
After departure and inspection of the house for damage or loss, the security deposit (less the $75 cleaning fee) will be returned. This usually happens within 10 days.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
