We feel so blessed to continually have such wonderful renters. The latest comment in our guest book was very special. Yes, we have top of the line kitchenware, bedding, bath ensembles, and furniture. The golf cart is premier. We've added popular Villages table games for you to have fun with, and a mounted Villages map to make your exploring easy. We have a folded version of the map for you to carry with you. We've also created a Welcome Booklet with lots of Villages information, as well as menus from all the local restaurants. We're tried to think of everything.
We furnished this two bedroom, two bath villa as if we were going to live in it. We added 3 solar tubes, because I like houses that are bright and cheery. We added extra lighting, a hanging rack, and a folding table in the washer/dryer area. I don't see as well is I used to, and I like to hang my clothes straight from the dryer. I want to play, not iron. We furnished towels for the pool, and cuddley throws for cooler evenings. Everything we've purchased is brand new and definitely first class. That's the way we like to vacation, and we're assuming you do, as well.
A Deluxe Pillow Top King Size Bed is in the Master Bedroom, as well as a Flat Screen, wall mounted, LCD HDTV.
A Deluxe Pillow Top Queen Size Bed is in the Guest Bedroom. Both bedrooms have fine hotel quality bedding and pillows galore.
A LazyBoy double reclining sofa is in the Living Room, right in front of the flat screen 46" LCD HDTV. A LazyBoy Rocking Recliner is also in the room. After you come home from playing all day in The Villages, put your feet up and read the latest novel, or watch your favorite team on the big screen TV. Watch a DVD with the new BluRay Player, and pretend you're at the movies, or, simply push that LazyBoy all the way back and take a nap.
Sit with your laptop anywhere you please, and enjoy WIRELESS Internet access.
Read The Daily Sun Newspaper every morning as you enjoy your coffee. The paper will be delivered to your driveway.
The Villages is a Golf Cart Community. It's great fun to hop in your cart to head to an activity, or to listen to the music on the town square, or to visit with friends. Our gas golf cart with side enclosures is included in the rental fee. It's a beauty and has all the bells and whistles.
The neighborhood is inviting. Wait until you meet our neighbors. Everyone is fun and friendly. They know you'll be visiting and will make you feel welcome. Relax on the lanai and look at the world, instead of the wall of the house next door.
Our villa is a cart ride away from Sumter Landing, the home of Sweetbay Grocery Store, lots of restaurants and shops, and nightly entertainment on the square. Cane Garden CC, 8 Executive and 3 Championship Golf Courses are only minutes away. We're one block from the pool, and just around the corner from Seabreeze, the newest Regional Rec Center, featuring pickleball, paddle tennis, tennis, swimming, an indoor fitness center, sand volleyball, and more. Colony Plaza with a Publix Grocery Store is nearby.
We highly recommend this! The optional Residents Amenity Passes ($50 per household) will give you the ability to live as residents. The passes allow you to play the 26 executive golf courses, and the 6 championship golf courses at a reduced fee. You will have a reduced rate at the nearby movie theaters, access to ALL recreation centers, even the lap/sports pools, and admittance to Katie Bells, the local resident's only dance hall and restaurant.
