Come and enjoy the best of The Villages lifestyle with the wonderful Spanish Springs location. Walk to all the amenities the Spanish Springs square has to offer - movies, dining, shopping, nightly entertainment in the gazebo, and concerts at the Church on the Square.
The Master Suite with King-sized bed and natural gas log Fireplace is located on the main floor with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. There is an entertainment wardrobe with TV/DVD/VCR in the Master Bedroom. The bath in the master suite has a walk-in shower and the master closet is a large walk-in closet. Two plush bathrobes are provided for your comfort. You might want to wear them as you breakfast on the upper balcony.
There are Queen-sized beds in both the upper and lower bedrooms. The upper Bedroom includes a large L-shaped sofa and a TV/DVD/VCR.
The wall-mounted Flat screen TV in the living room is viewable from the kitchen and dining area as well. There is also a natural gas log Fireplace in the living room.

Golf cart access is throughout The Villages and it is such an entertaining and economical way to travel! 4 passenger Golf cart available for $150/mo. Numerous activities are included with a guest ID. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, swimming at numerous pools, archery, dancing, concerts - just to name a few. The Villages Shuttle service is available from the Orlando International Airport. Reservations are required for the shuttle.

The Villages is an adult community. For the benefit of all residents, one renter must be 55+. Younger guests are allowed for limited periods.
RENTAL POLICY: 1 month minimum; $1000 security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Full rent due 30 days prior to occupancy (exceptions made for 6-mo or yearly rentals).
