$1000 Security Deposit and one months rent are due upom signing lease agreement. Last month rent is due prior to move in date. One months rent will be assessed if villa is vacated prior to the end of the lease agreement and the security deposit will not be returned if the lease is canceled anytime prior to the inital posession of property.
