Only five minutes by golf cart (included) to Sumter Landing Town Square and Sweet Bay grocery store! For golfers, it’s a quick three minute golf cart ride to Mallory Hill Country Club Championship course and the starting tees for Bogart and Bacall Executive courses. Several pools and recreation facilities are only a few blocks in each direction: Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center (sports pool, meeting rooms, tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, etc.), Canal Street Village Recreation Center (family pool, tennis, pickleball, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, meeting rooms, etc.), and Sabal Chase Neighborhood Recreation Center (quiet adult pool, mailboxes and ATM).
This beautifully furnished, fully-equipped Amelia courtyard villa is professionally decorated with Southern Lifestyles furniture and custom window treatments throughout. Guests have said "we were very impressed with the interior furnishings and decorations." Electric golf cart with rain enclosure and lights for night driving is included. A set of golf clubs is also included. High speed wireless internet makes keeping in touch with friends and family easy! Enter the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with maple cabinets and dinette set, with pass-through window to the formal dining room. The open floor plan has a spacious combined living room and dining room. Relax on the comfortable couch and loveseat in the living room while you enjoy the 32 inch cable TV, DVD/VCR and CD/ipod stereo. Sliding doors from the living room lead to a screened lanai, with dinette set. Step outside the dining room to the patio and the privacy of the fully walled backyard equipped with gas grill.
Two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, are a perfect set-up for two couples or guests. The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen cable TV, large walk-in closet, and bathroom with his and her sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower. Sliding glass doors lead from the master bedroom to the screened lanai. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV and a full bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have nightstands, alarm clocks, and plenty of closet and dresser space.
Amenities include: washer and dryer; generous supply of quality linens, bath towels and pool towels; ceiling fans throughout; 3 cable TVs, VCR/DVD, radio/CD/ipod stereo, phone and answering machine; wireless high speed internet; fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, toaster, electric can opener, dishes, glasses and flatware for eight, bakeware, pots and pans; ironing board, iron; hair dryers; golf clubs with golf bag; pool noodles; Daily Sun newspaper subscription; information notebook filled with maps, golf info, restaurant info and more.
With your resident pass (one-time $50 transfer fee per pair, optional), greens fees are free on all 24 executive courses, and you will enjoy discounted rates on the nine Championship golf courses (441 holes total!).
Unlike some other rentals, we do NOT charge extra for golf cart, internet, taxes or additional guests. No cleaning fee on rentals of one month or more. Guest passes included at no additional charge. Optional $50 fee to the Villages for transfer of resident pass privileges for up to two people.
