Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security per month due within 7 days of booking ($250 for each additional month of a consecutive rental). Refundable within 15 days of departure, less $75 Cleaning Fee.
Rental Fee is due 60 days in advance of rental date. All Fees are non refundable if you cancel within 30 days of Rental (50% refundable if you cancel 30 to 60 days prior to start of Rental).
Rental Fee is based on two persons in Unit. Second adult couple add $500 per month. Maximum occupancy, 4 people.
$50 Villages ID fee for up to 2 guests extra (can be pre-arranged). The Villages ID provides access for each guest to the Recreation Centers, Pools, Free Golf on the 29 Executive Courses, and discounted rates on the 9 Championship Courses in The Villages, along with other amenities. The 2006 Par Car Golf Cart is available for rental at the rate of $350 a month (in season rental required - December through April).
Discounts for multiple month (3 or more) rentals and weekly rentals available (inquire with owner for rates and specific weeks)
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
