Welcome the dawn on your east-facing lanai with access from both master bedroom and living room sliders; enjoy the comfort of afternoon shade on the screened lanai or the outdoor patio.
The kitchen is fully appointed and loaded with brand new appliances. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have their own private bathrooms. The garage will comfortably fit a car and a golf cart. Washer and dryer are INSIDE and air conditioned.
The $50 resident ID fee provides all renters with access to The Villages wonderful amenities. Gate passes are provided at no extra charge The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a 32" LCD TV. The guest room also has a queen size bed. Also there is a 42" plasma TV and DVD player in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 6. The dining area seats 6. The den is set up with comfortable seating and a desk for your laptop. There is a table and seating for 4 on the lanai as well as a loveseat and two comfortable chairs. Upon your arrival to get you started the villa will have bath soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, napkins, paper plates, laundry soap & fabric softener, fresh Florida orange juice, coffee, milk, english muffins & jelly . Hopefully everything you'll need to get you started on your vacation.

The above rates are for two adults. There is an additional charge of $100.00 per week per guest not listed on the rental agreement.
Reservation deposit is 50% of the total rent and is due within 7 days of booking. Security deposit of $750. The remaining rent is due 45 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is returned after you complete your rental period & the home is inspected for damages and inventory. If everything is satisfactory the security deposit will be mailed to you within 10 days less a $75.00 cleaning fee (4 hours fee). (If additional time is needed for cleaning anything over the standard 4 hours it will be an extra $25. per hour - so please keep it clean!)
Check in time is 3:00pm the first day of the month. Check out time is 10:00 am the last day of the month. Keys and gate passes will be available upon arrival and must be returned to the owners on the last day of your stay.
Reservation deposit non-refundable however, if home is re-rented for the same time it will be refunded.
Village id is $50 to be paid by the tenants. The exception is if you rent for 3 months or more the Villages ID fee will be included in your rent.
All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, local phone service are included.
High speed wi-fi available for $50/month
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
