$500 Security Deposit (by cash, money order, or cashier's check) due with signed contract. ($1000 for 3+ months rental)

The Village Charges a $50 for a Temporary Villages ID (for up to 2 adults). This ID gives you the same privileges as a Village Resident.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
