This cart also has a zipper down enclosure to keep you warm and dry in the event of bad weather. This Golf cart is also insured in compliance with Florida law. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to operate the Golf Cart.
A complete set of right handed men's and women's Golf Clubs are provided for your enjoyment.
The Master bedroom includes a King Size Bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet and remote controlled TV.
The Guest bedroom includes a Queen Sized Bed and bathroom.
Both bedrooms have fine quality bedding and ceiling fans.
The Living Room has a large sofa, love seat , recliner, ceiling fan, 40” Samsung flat screen LCD HDTV, DVD player, where you can watch your favorite shows or just relax in the enclosed acrylic glass and screened Lanai with ceiling fan.

Included are Priority Guest Passes which allow you to play the 26 executive golf courses, and the 6 Championship courses at reduced rates and access to the Country Club Pools and Restaurants. Reduced rates at movie theaters, access to all recreation centers and admittance to Katie Belle’s, the local residents only dance hall and restaurant located in the Square at Spanish Springs and the nightly entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing.
Conveniently located near the Chatham Recreation Center / family pool and adult only pool at Calumet Grove, Mulberry Grove Shopping Center, Nancy Lopez Country Club and the newly constructed VA Clinic.
Rental Policy:
Rates are for (2) two people, Additional charge of $100. per person per week for each additional person. Maximum (4) people..
½ rental fee (non refundable) and $500.security deposit due within seven days of booking. The remaining portion is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If after a walkthrough no damage is found, the full security deposit will be returned within two weeks. If repairs are needed those expenses will be deducted from the security deposit.
All utilities included, Comcast Triple Play ( Cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet and Nationwide Calling) trash, lawn service and cleaning, after your departure.
Bring your personal items, clothing, food and have a fun filled relaxing time in The Villages.
The Villages is a 55+ retirement community. Younger people may visit for a limited period of time.
