A $500.00 secutity deposit is required at the time of booking (this is a deposit only,not to be applied toward rent) full rent is required 45 days before arrival, and a 30 day cancellation notice is required either in writting or email (no phone calls) or security deposit will not be refunded. Min. 2 weeks rental in same month.. THE LIFE YOU DESERVE "IN THE VILLAGES" is just a phone call away. During the High season (Dec. thru April) a 4 mo. min. rental is required.Everyone agrees, you can travel the entire U.S. and NEVER experience anything like The Villages. Homes, Stores, Movies, Dinning, Dr. and Hospitals all have access with a Golf Cart. Villagers main source of transportation. Cleanning fee of $75.00 will be deducted from security deposit, if homeowners choose to clean the home themselves the security deposit will be returned in full. Guests with pets must pay an automatic $75.00 cleanning fee.
You may also make arrangements to have home cleaned monthly or bi weekly while you are on vacation, this service is
provided by outsource service.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided. The developer web site is thevillages.com and we encourage you to visit there.
When you stay at our home, you are entitled to all the amentities of a resident in The Villages for a $50 . transfer fee payable to The Villages..includes free golf, access to pools, recreation centers and KateBell's, a private residents club and restaurant with nightely entertainment and dancing. (this is an option)
