You will have the option (for a $50 fee) to obtain a temporary resident ID for two adults during your stay. With this ID your green fees are included on ALL of The Villages 29 executive golf courses. The Championship golf courses are also available to you for a modest fee. With the ID you will also be able to enjoy all the wonderful amenities, recreational facilities, special events, and the abundant dining options. The Villages have two movie theaters, a bowling alley, and entertainment is provided nightly at Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Enjoy pickle-ball, tennis, shuffleboard, boccie, softball, archery and other sporting activities.
Rental Policy:
$700 Security/Damage deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Deposit:25% of rental amount required within 7 days of application to confirm, the reservation is non-refundable
Remaining rent check due 30 days before arrival
$110 Cleaning Fee, $175 if pet is present.
Security deposit will be refunded 10 days after departure if property left in satisfactory condition and all keys, gate passes and openers are accounted for. There is a $50 per item charge for missing keys and openers.
Rates are based on two person occupancy. For each additional guest occupancy add $100 per person for 7 days.

The home has two bedrooms+ Den which,has a queen size fold out sofa-bed, each fully furnished to accommodate long or short term visits from friends and family. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with a new flat screen TV, utilizing Direct TV digital cable service. Wireless internet service is also provided, so that you can use your laptop from anywhere in the house. A land line phone with long distance service is also available, as some cell phone services are spotty in The Villages.
