There are queen size beds in both bedrooms and a 27" TV with DVD in the master bedroom. There are also TVs in the other bedrooms. The guest bedroom and den/3rd bedroom are split from the rest of the house with pocket doors for guest privacy. The den/3rd bedroom has a futon which opens to a very comfortable double bed.
There are double sinks and an oversize shower in the master bath. The guest bath and laundry room both have solar tubes, which add to the bright, airy feel of this home. Ceiling fans are located in the living room and in each bedroom, as well as on the oversized lanai. Amenities include a generous supply of linens, bath towels and pool towels, 4 TV's, fully stocked kitchen, a selection of videos, books and games and Daily Sun newspaper subscription.
This home is centrally located between both downtown areas. It is within walking distance of the Southern Trace Shopping Plaza and convenient to both shopping and dining. There is a gas powered golf cart (no need to worry about recharging) with an all-weather sunbrella enclosure included with the rental, as well as 2 golf pull carts. The golf cart is equipped with lheadights and turn signals necessary for night driving. There are also 2 bicycles (his and hers) for your use. Summerhill is readily accessible to several championship and executive golf courses.
