Rental price includes the use of a sharp looking Golf Cart, High Speed (wireless) Cable Internet Service, some Long Distance Telephone Service and The Village Daily Sun Newspaper. Home is fully and very nicely furnished with like new furnishings and quality appliances. This attractive home is available for long or short term rentals (minimum of one month). There are reduced rates for extended stays of 3 months or more (except for the months of January, February and March).
The home has a split bedroom open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. It has ceiling fans (with wall controls), blinds and light dimmer switches in every room. The master bedroom has a very comfortable, king size bed and 20" flat screen Sony TV and VCR. The second bedroom has a very comfortable, queen size bed. The den /3rd bedroom has a comfortable queen size sofa bed, a desk with chair, a rocking chair, and a 24" flat screen Samsung TV with DVD/VCR. The living room has a 27" flat screen Sony TV with a CD/DVD/VCR/stereo. The inside laundry room comes with upgraded Whirpool washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully set up with high quality cooking and eating utensils and kitchen appliances - for your eating-in pleasure. The screened-in oversized lanai has a comfortable patio set and the open patio has a Weber BBQ grill for your eating-outside pleasure. Of course, if eating home is not your thing, then hop on to the home's golf cart and head into Lake Sumter Landing to one of the many excellent restaurants. If staying home and relaxing is your thing, picture yourself sitting on one of the rocking chairs on the front porch while sipping your favorite drink. If reading a good book or watching your favorite TV show, DVD/VCR video is what you would prefer to do, then sit on the rocking chair or curl up on the couch in the den.
Your monthly rental price includes the use of a fully loaded, really sharp looking Yamaha golf cart, gas, electric, water, trash pickup, pest control, lawn service, extended COMCAST TV cable, high speed (wireless) COMCAST internet service, local telephone sevice, long distance telephone service and the daily delivery of The Village Daily Sun newspaper.

There is a $500 security/deposit required. Additional cost of $75 fee for cleaning services, a 9% Florida Lodging Tax (required by the State of Florida) and $50 non-refundable temporary Villages ID cards (2) will be added to total rental cost. Temporary Villages ID cards allow renters to play golf for free (paying only a golf cart fee) on 20+ different executive golf courses and paying the resident rate on 9 different championship golf courses.
Upon a verbal agreement to reserve home, a "fee due" schedule will be sent to the renters along with contracts to be reviewed, signed and sent back with the money due at that time.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided. The home is near adult and family pools, local and regional recreation centers, tennis, executive and championship golf courses. The Villages is definitely a fun place to vacation and relax.
