Mira Mesa is an established neighborhood, plenty of trees and located near Chula Vista and Mira Mesa golf courses. It's a short ride to Spanish Springs and you can even take the golf cart to anyone of several restaurants or grocery stores.. Our home is on a quiet cul du sac the back yard is filled with trees and a large old Oak tree that keeps the western sun out of the house. Adjacent to the yard is a picturesque wide open field.
French doors from the kitchen, master bedroom and Florida room all lead out to an additional 1200 square foot screened in HEATED pool area. There is plenty of patio furniture and an oversized barbecue grill that makes this a whole additional room for entertaining. The pool area has two reclining chairs, a high top table with umbrella that seats four and an additional fully covered table and chair set that seats six.
Ceiling fans are in every room. There is even a built in room to room stereo system with speakers out to the pool area. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV,her and her walk-in closets, double vanity and marbled shower stall with bench. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, tv, closet and adjacent full bath with tub. Informal den has a computer work station with monitor that is also hooked up to cable for tv viewing and a full size futon. Washer dryer, work bench, and laundry sink are located in the garage.
Dine in at the breakfast bar or in the florida style dining room. Lounge in the living room with a good book or enjoy our NEW 55inch FLAT SCREEN LCD TV in our matching recliners in the Florida room. Throw open the three sets of French doors and let The Florida weather in. Whatever your choice ther is no shortage of space.
The monthly rent includes cable, phone, garbage pick up and the use of the high speed 4 seater, fully enclosed, electric golf cart included (a $700 value). In addition, the house is equipped with a computer and high speed internet as well as a router. If you would rather use your own lap top, you can even enjoy it pool side. The utilites are capped at $140 a month due to the pool heater- make it the tempature you would like.
