Come visit our home in The Villages. This rental unit is complete with a 2006 President Club Car golf cart,
capable of traveling 45 miles a day.
We are located in the Waverly Villas very close to the Chatham gate. This 2001 Cottage model, is nicely
decorated with all furnishings and appliances, just bring your suitcase and golf clubs !
There is a new gas grill .
High speed internet. Local phone service, long distance with calling card only.
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV/DVD and walk in closet.
There is a Queen sized (very comfortable) Murphy bed in our great room for the occasional guest.
It folds completely out of the way when not in use.
TV/DVD/VCR in great room.
Additional living space in furnished enclosed lanai.
A full sized washer and dryer is located in the garage. Also a drying rack for towels and swimsuits.
Utilities, lawn service, garbage pickup and daily newspaper are all included. Just move in and start having fun.
Located near the Nancy Lopez Legacy championship golf course.
Close to Mulberry Grove rec center with pickelball, and many indoor activities.
Close to the Mulberry Grove shopping center, with a Publix grocery store, shops, and resturants.
Close to the Chatham Village Recreational Center with a family pool, boccie, horseshoes, shuffleboard,
tennis and more.
Close to Calumet adult pool, which has a handicapped lift available.
Also close to the new Veteran's Center wich will be open soon.
