Top quality queen beds in both master and guest bedrooms, comfortably furnished enclosed lanai. New kitchen with light maple cabinets and granite countertops is fully equipped with everything you will need. Outside is an extra large, magical courtyard, lushly landscaped and professionally maintained, with a view of magnificent sunsets in one direction and shuttle launches in another. Large enough to host a cookout for a crowd, and when the last guest leaves, private enough for a skinny-dip in the hot tub.
Rates are fully inclusive – golf cart, bikes, utilities, cable TV, high speed internet, trash, gardener, spa service, and telephone are all included. Leave the villa as you found it and there will be no cleaning charge. The only extra is an optional $50 for The Villages ID cards.

The Villages is a golf cart community for active adults 55 and over. The community offers free and discounted golf and a long list of activities. All this plus nightly entertainment at the two town squares means that you are sure to find those special features that will make your stay extraordinary.
