Reservations: Will be held for 10 days pending receipt 20% of rental deposit. Rental deposit will NOT be returned if cancellation is made within 60 days of the beginning of the reservation period unless the villa is subsequently rented for the same period. The balance due 60 days prior to reservation. Security deposit ($400) and cleaning fee ($100) must accompany 20% payment. Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of reservation ending date if no damage is discovered or no excess cleaning is necessary. Deposit is non-interest bearing.
All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service, use of golf cart and Golf I.D. Card are included in above pricing.
Use of Golf Cart included. Renter must have own Medical Insurance and sign a waiver of liability. The Security Deposit also applies to the care of the golf cart.
State tax of 8.5% included in rental prices.
