The Courtyard Villa provides complete privacy. The backyard is fenced providing security for your pet. The lanai has a pet door that will accommodate a small pet. It is expected that whatever pet we welcome to our home will be house broken and well mannered.
2010 Rates:
$2,900 January, February, March — RENTED

9% sales tax will be added to the rates above and is payable with each month's rent.
Rentals of less than one month will be prorated plus 9% sales tax.
The first month's rent is due 30 days before the beginning of the rental.
For multiple months, the rent for each subsequent month is due on the first day of the successive months of the rental.
A $500 deposit/security is due upon the reservation. The $50 fee for your Villages activity/ID card will be deducted from this, as well as a cleaning fee of $80. Most of our tenants have left our home the way they found it or perhaps even better, but if, after final inspection, any extraordinary costs for cleaning, damage, repair, or replacement beyond normal wear is discovered, it will be assessed against the deposit/security. The balance of the deposit/security will be returned within 30 days after the conclusion of the lease.
