Living room and dining area has hardwood floors, lining room has a combo TV with DVD and VHS players. Several DVDs and VHS tapes are provided for your viewing pleasure. A stero system with FM, AM and CD player is also provided in the lining room. CDs are provided for your listening enjoyment. Two Queen size bedrooms are carpeted. Each bedroom has a TV, radios, and clocks. The Master Bedroom has a large walk in closet. The Florida room has acrylic windows, is heated and has air conditioning. Bedrooms, Living room and Florida room have ceiling fans. Bathrooms and kitchen areas have sky lights.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all small appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware. Kitchen linens are provided. A large pantry contains a fire extinguisher. All bedroom linens, blankets, etc. are provided. All bathroom linens, etc. are provided. The gas golf cart has a cover to shelter you from the rain.
If you enjoy cooking out, we have a patio area with a patio table and chairs along with a gas grill and utinsels.
Like fresh fruit? We have an orange tree, grapefruit tree and lemon tree. Pick them if they are in season. Outside patio comes with a patio table, chairs, umbrella, and gas grill. Patio area has a cloth awning for shade
We even have complimentary personal items if you left yours behind. (Toothbrushes, combs, shampoos, conditioners, sewing kits, etc.) Except for your food, cloth and of course your golf clubs, We can't think of anything you could possibly need that we have not provided.
