Our home is a short walk to the Summerhill adult pool. There are many shops and restaurants nearby which you can walk to or are accessible by car or golf cart.
Rental Policy:
$550.00 security deposit due within 7 days of booking and will be refunded within 15 days of departure with property inspection showing that property is in same condition as when rented. 25% of total rent is due upon reservation with remaining balance due prior to occupancy.
$75.00 cleaning fee.
For those wishing to take advantage of all of the amenities of the Villages, a guest ID will be included in your rental price.
