One of the best located homes in the villages. If you really look close, you can see how much better this villa is furnished than most any of the others. Almost all furniture was purchased new from The Villages owned Southern Lifestyle Furniture Store. All walls were tastefully professionally repainted (no plain white walls) before any furniture was moved in. Also, tastiful window dressing has been added scince pictures were taken. 42" plasma HDTV/VCR in the living room, (not shown in the pictures, is a wall mounted 22" HDTV in the master bedroom), also 19" flat screen HDTV in guess BR. The table in the dining room can be expanded to seat 6 for card and game playing. Located within walking distant of 2 adult pools and the Hemingway Family pool and rec. center with so many activities to mention. Many golf courses close by, including The Villages newest, Havana a 27 hole championship course and restaurant. A short golf cart ride to grocery, shopping and to Lake Sumpter Landing Town Square with live entertainment 365 nights a year. Its only about a 20 minute beautiful golf cart ride to Spanish Springs Town Square. Around 80 restaurants you can get to by golf cart.
Very nicely decorated with all of the furnishing and appliances. You don't have to bring anything but your clothing and tooth brush. Local and long distant phone service (U. S. only) cable TV, wireless internet , Select Comfort adjustable king size bed.
Golf Cart provided (with weather enclosure, there is even a large nylon grocery or shopping bag that you can attach to the golf club rack). If you had to rent a golf cart from The Villages Golf Cart Rentals, It would cost $363.80 per month, and this is without a weather enclosure and much slower speed.
No need to bring golf clubs with you. Two sets are provided (1 man's and 1 woman's).
Two fold up lounge chairs, to bask in the sun, are provided.
Two bicycles are provided to help keep you in shape. We even provided a pump in case the tires get low.
We think we have thought of everything you will need to make your vacation more enjoyable. Including fold up bag chairs to take to the events in the town squares.
