This is a new rental unit on the webspace. It is a beautiful vacation home located in Florida's friendliest hometown! Brand new Village of Bonita close to Lake Sumter. The Courtyard villa provides complete privacy but yet has a beautiful view of the golf course, water and palm trees. Did I also mention the beautiful sunset you can enjoy every evening from your screened lanai. It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV. The guest room has a queen size bed with a TV. Also there is a TV in the living room as well. We provide you with wireless internet and unlimited long distance phone service. The Daily Sun newspaper is at your door everyday. The kitchen is fully equiped with service for 8. There is an outdoor bistro-patio set with umbrella and two chairs. For your outdoor grillling needs we have a commercial outdoor grill. Also on the lanai there are two adirondack chairs with a table. We also include a cooler and extra folding chairs if you want to do some outdoor activities. We also provide you with a notebook that has all of the useful important information you need to have an absolute stress free vacation. Upon your arrival to get you started the villa will have bath soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, napkins, paper plates, laundry soap & fabric softener, fresh Florida orange juice, milk, and assorted snacks. Hopefully everything you'll need to get you started on your vacation.
Just bring your personal items & clubs and be prepared to ENJOY!!!!!!!

The above rates are for two adults. There is an additional charge of $100.00 per week for guest not listed on the rental agreement.
Reservation deposit of $500. is due upon booking. ( The $500. is applied to your rent). Security deposit of $750. plus the remaining rent is due 45 days prior to your arrival. If everything is satisfactory the security depoist will be mailed to you within 10 days after your lease has ended less a $75.00 cleaning fee. (If additional time is needed for cleaning anything over the standard 4 hours it will be an extra $25. per hour - so please keep it clean!)
Check in time is 3:00pm the first day of the month. Check out time is 10:00 am the last day of the month. Keys and gate passes will be available upon arrival and must be returned to the owners on the last day of your stay.
Reservation deposit non-refunable however, if we are able to re-rented for the same time & same dollar amount it will be refunded to you.
Village id is $50. and to be paid by the tentants. The exception is if you rent for more than 3 months the fees will be included in your rent.
All taxes, utilities, cable TV , UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE PHONE SERVICE internet, trash, lawn service, and GOLF CART are included.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Family activities are provided.
