There are tvs in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom, a DVD player, a CD player for music in the living room & a gas grill for barbequeing on the patio. The Villa is located in close proximity to the de la Vista, Tierra del Sol, Chula Vista & Mira Mesa golf courses. It is a short drive to Sweet Bay grocery store at Lake Sumter Landing and both the Town Squares!! It is also in close proximity to the Rio Grande (family pool), Chula Vista (night time pool) and Tierra de Sol pool (Adult only pool) recreation centers.
Rates are in US Dollars for 4 adults and include Florida taxes, utilities, trash pick-up, lawn service, basic cable tv, local & long distance calls within the U.S., Canada & Puerto Rico and wireless Internet service. Printer usage is available free at the local Savannah Center 7 days a week IF you opt for the temporary guest pass. $100-$200 non-refundable pet fee depending upon your pet type.

RENTAL POLICY / TERMS
Security deposit (Personal Check/Money Order, Cashier's Check or Paypal in US $$) holds your booking, signed lease due in 7 days. Deposit is held in a non-interest bearing NJ banking institution. $500 security deposit weekly/monthly rentals.
Cancellation - in the event of cancellation, security deposit IS FULLY REFUNDABLE if cancellation is received by 90 days prior to arrival date - otherwise, only if property re-rented for the same time period and rental price. Owner reserves the right to refuse rental to potential tenants at Owner's discretion.
Rent payment due in full 45 days in advance of arrival date (Personal Check/Money Order or Cashier's Check in US $$) unless already within 45 day booking window - then it is due in full with security deposit and signed lease.
$75 cleaning fee paid when rent due.
Optional is an additional $50 transfer fee for (2) Villages temporary resident ID’s for amenities and golf savings paid when rent due & nonrefundable by the Villages in the event of cancellation.
Security deposit returned within 21 days after end of lease term assuming no damages to property and lease agreement adhered to.
Check in after 4:00PM, check out is by 9:00 AM - & NON-NEGOTIABLE - Early arrival or late departure violates lease agreement and forfeits refund of security deposit. Initial household supplies only provided.
If bringing a dog, you must bring your own pooper scooper & bags for poop pick-up from the beautiful grounds of the Villages!!!!!!
The Villages is a very active, 55+ retirement community centrally located in the heart of Florida convenient to all of Florida's famous tourist attractions and approximately 55 minutes NW of the Orlando International Airport. Younger visitors are able to stay for a limited time period only. If your not familiar with the Villages if you visit once, this will be the place you aim to live. It is a mecca for outdoor and indoor activities!!
