Villa is the Colony model that was built & purchased the end of July 2008. You'll find this a comfortable and cozy retreat w/volume ceilings, king size bed, eat-in kitchen, separate dining area & screened lanai
The master bedroom has a king bed, double dresser, 2 night stands, cable TV w/DVD player, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet & bath
Guest bedroom has a queen bed, 2 night stands, double dresser, cable TV & ceiling fan

Kitchen is fully equipped with a pub set & 24" high stools so you can eat in the kitchen. The microwave is built-in along with a smooth-top stove. There are two 30" high bar stools at the counter area for additional seating

We have just installed a whole-house water softener for your comfort. We put a filter on the refrigerator so the ice maker produces good tasting cubes and a cold-water filter on the kitchen sink for cooking/drinking. We also installed solar tubes in both bathrooms so you can enjoy natural lighting while dressing or putting on make-up. We then installed new faucets in both baths and knobs/pulls on every cupboard and drawer.
There is a 4 passenger gas Club Car golf cart included at no extra charge. You are close to the new Havana Golf Course & 2 pools. There are 2 Town Centers (Lake Sumter & Spanish Springs) which are accessible by golf cart. There is shopping galore, golfing & many rec centers to keep you busy
We will provide you with a guest/resident ID ($50 fee to The Villages), as you will need this to enjoy the amenities of The Villages. This $50 fee is included in your rent for a MONTH OR LONGER STAY for 1-2 people. This includes free golf at 24 executive golf courses & reduced rates at 9 championship courses. Enjoy the many swimming pools, play billiards, bocceball, pickleball, shuffleboard or horseshoes. Dine at the many fine restaurants & enjoy the live entertainment at either of the 2 town squares
If you don't have an air card for your wifi-enabled laptop, the nearby Colony Rec Center is a wi-fi hot-spot, among other sites. You can also go to thevillages.net to order dial-up service in your name for the duration of your stay.
After a fun-filled day, come home & fire up the provided gas BBQ grill. Life is great at The Villages and this home is sure to please. Just bring your toothbrush!

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn maintenance & basic local phone service are included. We provide you with limited basic cable (PBS, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, WGN, HSN, C-Span & a few insignificant channels). If you can't live w/ltd cable & basic 99 channel cable is desired, you will be responsible for Comcast trip charges to remove/then replace the filter ($30 or more each trip) plus the difference between the cable rates (about $45+ monthly) that will be deducted from your security deposit. Don't go to The Villages to watch TV--have fun instead!
Rental Terms:
Rental deposit - 1/2 of first month's rent (non-refundable) is due within 7 days of booking
Entire rental fee plus security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date
Security Deposit is $500 or $750 for multiple months (refundable within 10 days of departure provided villa & contents are left in the same condition as when rented, less a $75 cleaning fee)
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55+ yrs. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
