Make yourself at home in our very comfortable and well stocked home w/2BR/2BA/Florida room with all of the furnishings, linens, dishes, etc. Dishwasher, washer, dryer and all appliances. Local phone service w/high speed internet wi-fi connection and printer, free long distance in US included (not Canada). MBR has queen bed, walk-in closet and private bath w/walk-in shower, hairdryer, curling iron and 32" mounted flat screen TV. 2nd BR has twin size beds w/mounted flat screen TV and separate bathroom across the hall w/hair dryer & curling iron. 40" Hi-Def flat screen TV/DVD/VCR in living room w/computer desk. 26" TV in Florida Room w/comfortable sofa and outside entrance. All utilities, cable, lawn service, garbage pick-up, etc. included. Nice outdoor seating area under cover. Enjoy grilling out in all weather. Comfortable living spaces. Separate non-refundable $100.00 deposit required for small pets. Very conveniently located just blocks from Shay & medical gates. Just minutes to the golf cart bridge, Spanish Springs and shopping.
If you are interested in moving to the Villages this is a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. The resident amenity pass ($50.00 add'l per household) will allow you to play free golf at any of the 32 executive golf courses ($3.50 cart path fee). You may also play the 9 championship courses at a reduced rate. If not a golfer, there is no charge. A visitors pass will give you access to all resident only (40) recreation centers, 50 swimming pools, Katie Belles/The Cattle Baron restaurants and reduced rates at the nearby movie theatres, basically live as the residents do. We have a pair of bikes for your use and feel free to use our golf clubs if friends stop by. Over 90 miles of cart paths for walking, biking or just cruising in the golf cart. We provide 24 hour emergency service calls, like AAA for the EZGO electric golf cart. Spring and fall are great times to visit when it is not as crowded but the weather is great.
Other activities include aerobics, archery, billiards, bocce ball, bowling, cycling, pickle ball, polo, racquet ball, shuffleboard, softball and zumba to name just a few! There are arts & crafts, bridge, every type of card game you can think of and more, scrabble, etc. Over 300 scheduled activities a week. Whew!! After all those activities go to one of the two downtowns for happy hour and free entertainment nightly from 5-9. The line dancing capital of the world!! If you don't know how just jump in or of course there is a class!!
$500.00 deposit due within 7 days of booking for monthly rental. $150.00 deposit for weekly rental. Non-refundable 30 days prior to rental. Full payment due 30 days in advance of rental. Call or email about pet policy. Electric golf cart available for additonal fee (included free during summer months). References available upon request. The prices are the same for 2013 rentals. Our previous renters liked the Villages so much that they bought their own home!!!! Golf cart included in rentals through 2012. Now available April, 2013.
