All utilities, cable, lawn service, garbage pick-up, etc. included. Nice outdoor seating area under cover. Enjoy grilling out in all weather. Comfortable living spaces. Separate non-refundable $100.00 deposit required for small pets. Very conveniently located blocks from Shay & medical gates. Just blocks to the golf cart bridge, Spanish Springs and shopping.
Available for weekly rental for $525.00 including the golf cart through 2010.
If you are interested in moving to the Villages this is a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. The resident amenity pass ($50.00 add'l per household) will allow you to play golf at any of the 29 executive golf courses ($3.50 cart path fee). You may also play the 9 championship courses at a reduced rate. If not a golfer, there is no charge. This pass will give you access to all resident only (40) recreation centers, 50 swimming pools, Katie Belles/The Cattle Baron restaurants and reduced rates at the nearby movie theatres, basically live as the residents do. We have a pair of bikes for your use and feel free to use our golf clubs if friends stop by.
Other activities include archery, billiards, bocce ball, bowling, cycling, pickle ball, polo, racquet ball, shuffleboard and softball, to name just a few! There are arts & crafts, bridge, every type of card game you can think of, scrabble, etc. Over 300 scheduled activities a week. Whew!! After all those activities go to one of the two downtowns for happy hour and free entertainment nightly. Line dance with all the regulars, they'll help you get started or (of course) there is a class to learn.
$500.00 deposit due within 7 days of booking. Non-refundable 30 days prior to rental. Full payment due 30 days in advance of rental.
